🚨 NEWS FLASH: HSA INSPECTIONS 2025 🚨
⚠️ 11,900 inspections. Zero warnings. No second chances.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has set its 2025 Programme of Work — and it’s clear:
👉 Inspections are happening
👉 Most are UNANNOUNCED
💥 That means:
YOU don’t get a heads-up.
YOU don’t get time to prepare.
❗ The real question is:
Can your business afford NOT to be compliant?
🔍 Be ready. Stay compliant. Protect your people — and your business.
We work with you to deliver peace of mind. We tailor our service provision to your business to provide proactive, pragmatic health and safety advice and that helps reduce costs by ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
Most businesses don't get into trouble because they're reckless. They get into trouble because systems were assumed rather than proven. If your compliance relies on memory, goodwill, or "we've always done it this way," it's already at risk.
Services
We offer the following services below

Safety Statements and General Risk Assessments
A Safety Statement is a written document which specifies how health and safety is going to be managed within the business, as required under Section 20 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. We will prepare a bespoke site-specific document that meets this legislative requirement.

Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment
It is not sufficient to allow employees to use a software package or other means to assess their own workstations, it is a duty of the employer to carry out an analysis or risk assessment of an employee’s workstation. We will attend site and conduct a face-to-face assessment of an employee’s workstation.

Health and Safety Audit
We will work with you and create an audit programme that fits your operation while creating a systematic review of your organisation's health and safety management system, workplace conditions, and compliance with legislation.

Manual Handling
Provisional data published in early 2026 by the Health and Safety Authority of Ireland suggests that, consistent with previous years (where it hovered around 30% or higher), manual handling remains a top trigger for non-fatal injuries. We will provide training and refresher courses that protect employees from this risk.
